DAVID MORGAN

Steeped in the leisure industry since starting at Courage (Western) Ltd in the mid-1970s.  Still a licensed property specialist Chartered Surveyor and background in operating / owning / running Bars, Pubs and Restaurants. Mainly advising pub tenants and preserving pubs from being converted to residential by developers.

 

In October 2021 David returned to one of the previous success stories in his career, that of hands-on involvement in pub operation, by purchasing the White Hart, Yetminster, Sherborne, Dorset. 

CRAIG BARFOOT

Craig has the White Hart in his core being been “through the ranks” since a young teenager starting in the kitchen, then being an excellent bar staff member to now taking on the role of Bar Manager. The wealth of experience is coupled with extensive product knowledge together with being born and bred in the village.

DANIEL MAXWELL

With a wealth of extensive catering experience, Dan brings not only a menu of classic pub food but also a background in bakery skills. He is also known as "Bakerman Dan." Under his direction, the kitchen provides both lunch and evening meals, along with occasional special themed gourmet evenings. The menu offers classic pub comfort food, complemented by mouth-watering European and Asian additions.
